Vincent has led global commercial operations generating more than $125M in annual revenue and developed growth strategies across Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Europe, North America, and Australia.

Founders Story
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Mexico and Canada, Vincent Powell developed an appreciation for education, language, and cultural understanding from an early age. Arriving in Mexico at age four without speaking Spanish taught him firsthand how language, education, and shared experiences can build connections across cultures.
One of his earliest memories is playing soccer with local children before he could speak their language. Through gestures, expressions, and a shared love of the game, they found ways to connect. As he learned Spanish, those relationships deepened, shaping a lifelong belief that education goes beyond knowledge—it expands opportunity, builds cultural understanding, and connects people across borders.
That belief became the foundation of a career spanning more than 25 years in international education and commercial leadership. Vincent's career has centered on Latin America, where he has built strong, long-standing relationships across the region and developed a deep understanding of its cultures, markets, and student recruitment dynamics. Bilingual in English and Spanish with advanced proficiency in Portuguese, he also holds a Master's degree in Latin American Studies from the University of British Columbia.
His experience extends well beyond Latin America. Vincent has led international enrollment and commercial strategies across Asia, the Middle East, the UK and Europe, North America, and Australia, leading commercial operations generating more than $125 million in annual revenue through B2B, B2C, and B2G channels. Throughout his career, he has built and led international teams, developed new markets and recruitment channels, established institutional, agent, and government partnerships, and used CRM, forecasting, data, and AI-enabled workflows to strengthen commercial performance.
